30 for 30: #2 - My Parents

I am constantly amazed by my parents’ support and unconditional love. It has been easier for me to understand the love of God because of the love that they have shown me through my lifetime. They always encouraged me to be active in my interests (which turned out to be a lot of things), and they selflessly enabled me to pursue those activities. I can’t remember an important event in my life that they weren’t there for. They always put my needs above their own, and they support me even when I do things that must be baffling to them.

Mom and Dad always taught me to be thankful for what I have and what others do for me. I am extremely thankful to God for my parents. They are one of the single biggest blessings in my life.
