Warsaw to Gdynia

Here is something I wrote on my first train ride by myself across Poland:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As the tracks roll on through the Polish country side,
I'm not quite sure where I am or where I'm going,
But I get the feeling I've been here before.
In foreign surroundings, companionless and tired,
Fearful for lack of communication...
Yet the artist of the hills and plains tells me I'm not alone.
Though I do not understand the words being spoken around me,
He speaks to me through a scrolling portrait,
In a language my heart can understand and know with assurance
That everything will be alright.
Jon - I have felt that before when visiting a distant land. You really captured the peace the Creator can bring a journey of faith and an unsure footing. Thanks for sharing!
